Responsibilities
- Leading infrastructure and system redesign initiatives
- Improving scalability, performance, and resilience of existing platforms
- Ensuring that infrastructure solutions meet operational, security, and business requirements
- Planning and coordinating infrastructure and platform migration activities
- Acting as a technical escalation point for complex infrastructure issues
- Driving improvements in observability and incident prevention
- Providing technical direction and conducting deep-dive reviews
- Promoting best practices in infrastructure design and operational reliability
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, or site reliability roles
- Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) - Necessary condition
- Experience participating in infrastructure redesign or migration initiatives
- Experience supporting production cloud or hybrid environments
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation practices
- Strong understanding of cloud and infrastructure architecture such as Azure, AWS, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of monitoring, performance testing, and observability tools
- Strong troubleshooting and system-level problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate across multiple technical teams
- Ownership mindset with strong planning and follow-through capabilities
- Good stakeholder communication and influencing skills
