About the role

  • Product Manager managing user experience on platforms for B2B travel sales. Collaborating on user needs, leading product discovery, and guiding development decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the user experience across all online sales and case management platforms.
  • Work primarily upstream in projects during discovery and scoping phases to identify the right problems to solve.
  • Understand user and business needs and guide product decisions before development begins.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand user needs and commercial objectives.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and extract actionable insights.
  • Structure product challenges and formalize hypotheses to be tested.
  • Identify risks, uncertainty areas, and UX considerations from the early stages.
  • Challenge business requests and propose the most relevant solutions aligned with product goals.
  • Ensure the quality and clarity of scoping deliverables (journeys, prototypes, documentation).

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Manager working on discovery missions, ideally in e-commerce or online travel, and comfortable with product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro or equivalents).
  • Higher education in digital project management or a related field, with a strong UX/UI sensibility.
  • Proficiency in one or more prototyping tools for quickly materializing concepts (e.g., Figma or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills, synthesis ability, and attention to detail.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong user focus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary development teams.
  • Autonomy, proactivity, and a strong capacity for proposing solutions.
  • Curiosity and passion for innovation and new technologies.
  • Comfortable in English, both written and spoken.
  • Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG) and digital inclusion best practices is a definite plus.
