About the role

Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and review educational, pedagogical and daily living measures
- Support and implementation of healthcare provision
- Maintain pedagogical documentation
- Deliver skills training and recreational activities
- Cooperate with the justice system, participate in detention reviews and court proceedings, and take part in the assistance planning process
- Prepare reports and statements for youth welfare offices and courts
Requirements
- Completed training as a state-certified educator or special needs care worker (m/f/d)
- Experience in residential youth welfare is a plus but not required
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Valid Class B driving licence
- Clean enhanced criminal record certificate (not older than 3 months)
- Proof of measles vaccination (in accordance with the Measles Protection Act)
