About the role

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and monitoring of ERP reports and analyses
  • Active participation in preparing and analyzing management accounting/controlling reports
  • Diligent documentation and contract management
  • Support in the processing and coordination of special orders
  • Operational procurement processing and monitoring of delivery schedules
  • Review of order confirmations and maintenance of all relevant data in the system
  • Participation in company-wide projects
  • Identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing measures to improve processes

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., business administration) or equivalent
  • Ideally, some professional experience in contract management, procurement, or a comparable role
  • Structured and analytical working approach with a strong eye for detail
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience with contract management or ERP systems is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
  • Responsible, self-motivated, and a reliable team player
