Responsibilities

  • Prepare and track ERP reports to support informed decision-making
  • Contribute to the preparation and analysis of controlling reports
  • Careful documentation and contract management
  • Support handling and coordination of special orders
  • Participate in operational purchasing processes and monitor delivery dates
  • Review order confirmations and maintain relevant data in the system
  • Actively contribute to company-wide projects
  • Identify optimization opportunities and implement measures to improve processes

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Some professional experience in contract management, purchasing, or a comparable area
  • Structured and analytical working style
  • Confident user of MS Office and ideally experienced with contract management or ERP systems
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
  • Self-motivated and a team player
