Responsibilities
Help clients define their needs to ensure that the initiative or project meets the actual needs of users
Participate in prioritizing mandates by assessing the impact on members, clients and the organization
Build and develop Power BI reports and dashboards using database management systems
Identify opportunities to improve methods and processes, and recommend improvements to data management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
At least four years of relevant data valorization, analysis and visualization experience
Knowledge of French is required
Proficiency in data visualization and interpretation techniques
Knowledge of a programming language such as SQL, SAS and Python
Knowledge of Power BI, Dax, Power Query or other visualization software
General knowledge of the individual insurance industry
