About the role
- Content Creator responsible for digital technical service content and training videos at Dentsply Sirona. Collaborating with internal teams to produce clear and engaging technical materials.
Responsibilities
- Creation and updating of digital service and support content (e.g., how-to videos, tutorials, etc.)
- Editorial preparation of complex technical or specialist content into clear, easy-to-understand language
- Production of content using AI tools such as Synthesia, HeyGen, Descript Voiceover, or Camtasia
- Close collaboration with service departments, product management, technical support, and technical training
- Ensuring consistency, quality, and clarity of content
- Analyzing user feedback and service KPIs to continuously optimize content
- Supporting the launch of new products or services by providing appropriate content formats
- Adhering to brand, language, and documentation guidelines
Requirements
- Degree in media and communication studies or comparable education/training
- Experience creating service, support, or technical content
- Ideally, initial experience in instructional design and training development
- Strong affinity for digital AI content creation tools
- Basic technical understanding or the ability to quickly learn new topics
- Structured, independent, and user-focused working style
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Ability to communicate appropriately to target audiences
