About the role

  • Test Automation Engineer designing and executing automated tests for Demant's hearing aid connectivity solutions. Collaborating in Scrum teams to ensure high quality releases.

Responsibilities

  • Perform highquality testing and contribute to the development and improvement of our automated test suite.
  • Ensuring Compliance With QMS Processes: - Proper test case development; - Participate in Test case review (creator or independent reviewer; - Accurate test execution and reporting; - Supporting verification and release quality; - Defect verification.
  • Execute test campaigns related to market releases.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with other testing teams and test software development teams to improve tools, test setups, and automation approaches.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying smarter, more efficient ways of working.
  • Contribute to automated test result analysis and overall test optimization.
  • Encourage innovation and a failfast mindset, helping us build an even better test and verification environment.
  • Adhere to SAFe principles and Agile best practices to ensure highquality, incremental value delivery.

Requirements

  • have 3+ years of experience as a test engineer and/or test automation engineer;
  • have experience working in Scrum teams;
  • communicate clearly and confidently in English and Polish;
  • are able to manage multiple priorities, handle change, and collaborate effectively in a cross functional environment.
  • It would be nice if you:
  • have experience with e.g. TeamCity, Docker, XML, Python, Matlab, Jira, Confluence;
  • are familiar with continuous delivery pipelines;
  • have knowledge of Bluetooth, wireless communication, smartphone solutions, or the hearing instrument industry;
  • have experience working with embedded devices;
  • hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar.
