About the role

  • Customer Support Representative providing order management and customer assistance at Delta Intelligent Building Technologies. Collaborating with internal teams for efficient service delivery in Surrey, BC.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, validate, and manage sales orders within the ERP system
  • Provide friendly, responsive support to customers via phone and email
  • Assist with order placement, product inquiries, pricing, and availability
  • Keep customers informed with accurate and timely order updates
  • Manage a high volume of customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Track orders and shipments to ensure on-time delivery
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, or claims with care and urgency
  • Ensure orders are accurate, including pricing and product details
  • Process credits and adjustments when needed
  • Build strong, lasting relationships through proactive communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Meet or exceed individual and team customer service goals
  • Support additional tasks as needed

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, including at least 1 year of experience in data entry, order processing, or order management
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP experience is an asset (SAP preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills with a positive, solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
