About the role
- Consultant Data Visualisation responsible for creating and improving data visualisations and enhancing UX/UI for dashboards in client projects within a leading investment firm.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality data visualizations using Tableau Server and Tableau Desktop
- Improve, harmonize, and standardize existing dashboards
- Propose UX/UI enhancements to optimize the user experience
- Work closely with business teams (Middle Office, Reporting, Data Office)
- Track progress and provide regular status updates
- Participate in Delta’s development tribe; support and manage Delta’s development initiatives
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert to support colleagues
Requirements
- Expert command of Tableau Server & Tableau Desktop (essential)
- Excellent knowledge of data visualization principles
- Strong command of UX/UI best practices as applied to dashboards
- Ability to produce visually appealing, relevant, and high-performing charts
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive, able to propose improvements and provide a structured vision
- Ability to quickly understand business challenges
- Knowledge of asset management or the finance sector
- Experience in a Middle Office or Operations environment
- Experience in financial reporting or business KPI reporting
