Responsibilities
- Render AMS support for escalated issues and perform in-depth troubleshooting
- Monitor fixes to ensure correct resolution per SLA
- Provide root cause analysis to stakeholders and deliver permanent fixes
- Support project teams in developing presentation materials and coordinating communications with clients
- Work with diverse project team members to solve problems and improve performance

Requirements
- Have at least 3-8 years’ experience working with SAP or OpenText in VIM
- Good knowledge of integration to other related modules/sub-modules
- Any experience within basic technical debugging is an added advantage
- Certifications in applications or certified in ITIL or Project Management is an added advantage
- Good command of English Language
- Ability to lead and/or facilitate discussions and engage stakeholders
- Able to rally members to collaborate and deliver tasks assigned timely
- Willing to work based on clients’ business workdays and office hours
