About the role
- Consultant(e) logiciel Imagerie deploying PACS solutions and ensuring client training in France. Involves project coordination, client communication, and incident resolution within healthcare software.
Responsibilities
- Participate in deployment projects
- Deploy our PACS solutions at client sites (analysis, configuration, training, go-live, and ensuring proper use of our solutions)
- For simple projects (e.g., site integration), coordinate and track the actions of the various stakeholders where applicable
- For more complex projects, report to a project manager or project director responsible for the deployment process
- Together with the project manager or project director, ensure proactive communication with the client throughout the project, acting as Dedalus’ primary representatives during the engagement
- Contribute to the improvement of project management methodology
- Deliver client training focused on mastering system configuration
- Be involved in resolving complex incidents (diagnosis, temporary and permanent solutions)
- Ensure knowledge transfer and support the upskilling of the client support team
- Define production rollout best practices and ensure their application
- Participate in testing phases
- Contribute to the development of documentation and tools aimed at improving service efficiency
Requirements
- Knowledge of Dedalus products
- Requirements elicitation techniques (ability to capture and document client needs)
- Deployment/configuration experience and strong client relationship skills
- Proactive and able to propose improvements and solutions
- Strong teaching skills; client-focused with excellent listening, interpersonal and written communication abilities
- Strong sense of commitment and enjoy working in a team
- Excellent professional command of English
