About the role
- Consultant creating annual financial statements with a focus on quality improvement. Engaging in high-level consulting and collaborating with clients at DBB DATA Steuerberatung GmbH.
Responsibilities
- Eigenständige Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen
- Fachliche Anleitung und Coaching der Buchhalter
- Analyse und Verbesserung der digitalen Buchhaltungsprozesse
- Beratende Tätigkeit intern/extern auf hohem fachlichem Niveau
- Aktive und interaktive Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Mandanten im Bereich der Jahresabschlüsse (vor Ort und remote)
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Steuerfachwirt (m/w/d) oder umfangreiche, mehrjährige Erfahrung als Steuerfachangestellte (m/w/d)
- mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung/Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen
- sehr gute DATEV Kenntnisse
- sehr gute Kenntnisse der digitalen Buchhaltungsprozesse
- Hohe Beratungskompetenz und Freude am Wissenstransfer
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Coaching Mentalität mit ausgeprägten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
