About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Databricks aligned with Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers)
- Apply dimensional data modeling including Star, Snowflake, Galaxy schema etc. to develop business reports, dashboards, and advanced analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across all layers of the data architecture
- Support Power BI and other analytics teams with well-structured data models and efficient query performance
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Databricks jobs and workflows
Requirements
- Experience as a Lead Data Architect
- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, PySpark, and Delta Lake
- Deep understanding of Medallion Architecture principles (Bronze–Silver–Gold design)
- Experience in data modeling for analytics and reporting use cases
- Good understanding of ETL/ELT design, data governance, and performance tuning
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Azure Data Services (ADF, Data Lake, etc.)
