About the role
- Senior .NET Developer managing end-to-end application support for production systems. Collaborating with teams to troubleshoot issues and design scalable applications in Azure.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design, development, and L2/L3 production support for .NET applications.
- Work across C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, microservices, SQL Server, and Azure.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, resolve defects, and deliver features with high quality and performance, collaborating with QA, DevOps, and Product.
- Design and build scalable .NET Core applications, APIs, and microservices.
- Provide L2/L3 support: analyze logs, triage incidents, fix defects, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventative actions.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and security (OWASP, secure coding).
- Own CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release management.
- Write unit/integration tests; collaborate with support team to work on the Tickets.
- Monitor with App Insights/New Relic/ELK; create dashboards & alerts.
- Document design, runbooks, SOPs, and support artifacts.
Requirements
- Experience: 6–10 years
- Strong C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, EF Core, SQL performance tuning.
- Production support (L2/L3) experience: RCA, incident management, SLAs.
- Cloud experience (Azure preferred), CI/CD, containers, secure coding.
- Excellent debugging, log analysis, and stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
