System Engineer focusing on Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop at DATAGROUP. Engaging in innovative technology solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and performance for IT services.

Responsibilities

Speak our customers' language: Understand their specific requirements, develop tailored concepts and take full responsibility for the technical implementation — ensuring everything runs smoothly and the customer is satisfied.
Be creative and solution-oriented: Develop smart, stable, and sustainable technical solutions that genuinely advance our customers.
Build and operate highly available Citrix virtualization environments: Ensure our systems are stable and performant at all times — preventing outages and wait times.
Commit to quality and performance: Continuously seek optimizations and improvements to elevate our infrastructure and services.
No standing still — you continuously drive progress.
Resolve technical challenges independently or as part of a team: Whether tricky faults or complex issues — tackle them with initiative and teamwork to find pragmatic solutions.
Create clear guides and documentation: So both our customers and internal teams always have clarity.

Completed vocational training or a degree in an IT-related field — check! If so, you're a great fit.
Several years' experience with Citrix Virtual Apps, Provisioning Services, NetScaler/ADC and FSLogix — you manage virtual environments like an expert.
Active Directory, Group Policies, networking and virtualization are part of your daily routine.
Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Azure, Entra ID and Intune.
Strong analytical skills, a quick problem solver who works independently and in a structured way while being a team player.
Very good German skills and good English skills complete your profile — you can perform confidently in both languages.
