- 3 years' experience as a System Engineer with expertise in Citrix and NetScaler technologies.
- Experience and background supporting Windows Server, infrastructure applications, and cloud technologies.
- Citrix DaaS/Virtual Apps and Desktops Administration and configuration.
- Citrix Netscaler Administration and configuration.
- User profile management via UPM, FSLogix, and Ivanti DesktopNow.
- Windows Server Systems Administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Patch Management.
- Knowledge with Microsoft Server technology products.
- Managing workloads and resources with public cloud environments (Azure and AWS).
- Managing virtual environments utilising infrastructure such as VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Sound knowledge of backup and disaster recovery methodologies using tools such as Veeam, NetBackup and CommVault.
