Responsibilities
- Responsibility for personnel and budget to ensure efficient operation of the plant
- Development of guidelines and annual production programs
- Preparation of the budget for the upcoming planning year
- Planning of investment measures and determination of replacement volumes
- Responsible for regulatory authority liaison and continuous site optimization
- Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations for occupational safety, health, and environmental protection
- Ensuring appropriate training and development for employees
Requirements
- University degree in energy engineering, power supply engineering, process engineering, or mechanical engineering
- Alternatively, a technical qualification with further training as a technician or master craftsman
- Several years of experience operating energy or process plants, ideally in power plant technology, the energy industry, or waste management
- Experience in maintenance and incident/fault management
- Solid knowledge and confident application of relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Experience in the recovered wood (waste wood) sector desirable
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Native-level proficiency in German
- Class B driving license (car)
