About the role
- System Engineer responsible for 2nd Level support in Unified Communications (UC) solutions. Implementing systems, network solutions, and collaborating with teams and clients for efficient problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Analyse und Bearbeitung von 2nd Level Tickets im Bereich Unified Communications (UC) für unsere Kunden
- Service der UC Lösungen beim Kunden vor Ort sowie remote
- Eigenverantwortliche Implementierung von UC Systemen, Netzwerk Lösungen, Servern und Applikationen wie beispielweise Call Center oder Voicemail
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und Kunden zur effizienten Problemlösung
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich IT, Telekommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im 2nd Level Support für Unified Communications (UC)
- Kenntnisse zu strukturierter Gebäudeverkabelung und Fernmeldetechnik
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Routing / Switching und im Umgang mit Microsoft und Linux-Betriebssystemen
- Analytisches Denken und ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke für den direkten Kontakt mit unseren Kunden.
