About the role

Responsibilities
- Betreuung sowie Automatisierung von Kubernetes-Infrastrukturen mit Schwerpunkt auf Sicherheitsaspekten im DevSecOps-Umfeld
- Verantwortung für die Administration und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Cloudflare-basierten Schutzlösungen zur Absicherung von Web- und Schnittstellenanwendungen
- Integration, Betrieb und Pflege von Systemen zur Sicherheitsüberwachung und automatisierten Reaktion auf Vorfälle (SIEM/SOAR)
- Entwicklung und Wartung von Automatisierungsskripten (Ansible), um sicherheitsrelevante Systemeinstellungen effizient zu verwalten
- Zuständigkeit für sämtliche Linux-bezogenen Sicherheitsthemen, einschliesslich Systemhärtung, Einhaltung von Compliance-Vorgaben und Durchführung von Audits
- Erstellung und Pflege von Skripten in Bash und Python zur Automatisierung wiederkehrender Aufgaben, Überwachung und Berichterstellung
- Einführung, Konfiguration und Betrieb von Sicherheitslösungen wie Microsoft Defender und TrendMicro für Linux-basierte Systeme
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen bei der Durchführung von Sicherheitsüberprüfungen und aktiven Massnahmen bei Incidents
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, IT-Security oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Fundierte Fähigkeiten in der Programmierung mit Python und Bash
- Tiefgehendes Know-how im DevOps-Bereich, v.a. im Umgang mit Kubernetes und Ansible
- Umfangreiche praktische Erfahrung mit Linux-Systemen (z.B. CentOS, RHEL, Ubuntu)
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Einsatz von Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) bzw. Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR) Lösungen, beispielsweise Sentinel, Elastic SIEM oder Splunk
- Praxiserfahrung mit Cloudflare sowie solides Verständnis für aktuelle Sicherheitskonzepte für Anwendungen im Webumfeld
- Vertraut mit Sicherheitslösungen wie TrendMicro und/oder Defender for Linux
- Ausgeprägte Kooperationsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Stilsicher und überzeugend in der Kommunikation – sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch – im Austausch mit Fachabteilungen, Technikteams und Management.
