Responsibilities
360° management of the B2B sales cycle in the education sector:
Active prospecting: Conduct active prospecting of basic education schools and maintaining organizations, identifying and qualifying leads with high partnership potential.
Consultative selling: Deliver consultative presentations of the Be Curriculum, clearly articulating our pedagogical differentiators and the strategic benefits for school management and teaching staff.
Negotiation and closing: Prepare customized commercial proposals, lead complex negotiations and ensure the closing and formalization of new contracts.
Pipeline management: Maintain excellence in pipeline management, using CRM for rigorous tracking of leads, opportunities and forecasts.
Market presence: Represent the company at educational events, conferences and industry fairs to build networks and attract new clients.
Client transition: Ensure alignment and communication with internal teams (e.g., Customer Success/Implementation) for smooth and efficient onboarding of new business.
Valid Category B driver's license
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience: Solid experience in B2B sales within the education sector across the full cycle: prospecting, proposal preparation and contract closing.
Hard skills: Mastery of the sales funnel, proficiency using CRM, organized planning of visits and follow-ups. Strong Excel skills.
Soft skills: Clear written and verbal communication; active listening; strong ability to engage with decision-making profiles (school operators/maintainers, principals, coordinators).
