About the role

  • Head of FP&A at Croud, responsible for financial strategy, global initiatives, and commercial insights. Collaborate with the CFO and drive performance across the agency.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CFO to execute global initiatives, including M&A integration support, international market expansion, and capital allocation strategies
  • Act as the primary financial partner to individual business units and departments, providing direct support to Department Heads to drive performance and accountability
  • Identify risks and opportunities within the global P&L and provide the CFO with data-driven recommendations to protect and grow EBITDA
  • Develop and enhance Management Information packs to provide the agency with deeper, more granular insights into performance across different service lines and territories
  • Lead the development of the annual budget and maintain the agency’s 12–18 month rolling forecast model to provide robust, data-driven projections
  • Manage agency-wide reporting for staff utilization and realization, translating operational metrics into commercial insights
  • Manage global pipeline hygiene within the CRM to ensure data integrity and accurate revenue weighting for forecasts
  • Assist in the management and forecasting of global operating expenses, ensuring spend is aligned with the agency's growth roadmap

Requirements

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or international equivalent)
  • 8+ years in Finance, including experience in Private Equity-backed environments
  • Proven background in Digital Advertising or Media Agencies
  • Experience managing financial strategy or driving initiatives across a global footprint, predominantly the UK and US
  • Track record of leveraging technology to automate reporting and manual processes; experience managing system upgrades
  • Advanced financial modeling; high proficiency in modern CRM, ERP, and FP&A software stacks.
