- Support Business Development (BizDev) activities when needed, including upselling opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years, ideally 7+ years of proven experience managing complex projects.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience in one or more of the following industries : Medical Devices, Railway, Aerospace, Defence, and Energy.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident, clear, and structured communication style.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience managing large teams and supporting their growth.
- Experience working with multiple project methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience managing international projects.
- Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- English speaker.
- Managing and operating using innovative and emerging technologies (desirable).
- Worldwide work Experience (desirable).
- Background in Software (desirable).
