Responsibilities
- Help design, build, test, and maintain secure and scalable software solutions that power key products and platforms across our ecosystem
- Work within an agile team to deliver high-quality features, troubleshoot service issues, and continuously improve engineering practices
- Collaborate with AI-augmented development tools to enhance productivity, quality, and innovation
- Apply secure software engineering principles to design, develop, maintain, test, and evaluate software and cloud components
- Participate in design discussions, help the team estimate technical effort, and contribute clear, maintainable code
- Implement unit and system tests, follow secure coding standards, and support the reliability of new and existing features
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for application features, systems, and integrations
- Document processes, patterns, and reusable approaches to support team knowledge and consistency
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and engineering teammates in an agile environment focused on continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience in a related field
- Foundational skills in analytical thinking, requirements analysis, integration, system troubleshooting, and secure software development
- Experience with backend or service-oriented development using modern languages or frameworks
- Familiarity with Java, cloud services (AWS), relational or NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, CI/CD, and automated testing
- Willingness to use AI-augmented tools for code generation, testing assistance, log analysis, and workflow optimization
- Experience building user interfaces using JavaScript, React, Vue, Angular, or similar frameworks
