Technical Property Manager overseeing commercial real estate in Frankfurt, ensuring quality maintenance and compliance. Collaborating with stakeholders and managing technical aspects of properties.
Responsibilities
Technical oversight of our existing commercial properties and participation in the implementation and inspection of construction works
Primary on-site point of contact for all technical matters related to the property
Recording, coordination and supervision of maintenance and repair activities in our existing properties
Monitoring of quality, costs and deadlines
Monitoring compliance with requirements and regulations during maintenance and various inspections, including the necessary defect remediation
Liaison with authorities, experts/consultants and contracted service providers and management of these parties
Organizing and conducting technical inspections across our portfolio and ensuring proper documentation
Annual budgeting and planning for CapEx and OpEx measures, including their monitoring
Performing owner/client duties and construction-related responsibilities
Requirements
Completed technical training or degree, ideally in construction and/or real estate
At least 3 years of professional experience in technical property management of commercial real estate
Good understanding of real estate business operations
Proficient with IT applications (SAP is an advantage)
Very good German language skills, spoken and written; English skills are a plus
Structured, motivated and methodical working style with a strong customer- and service-orientation
Negotiation skills and assertiveness
