• Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• At least 15 years of experience in IT
• At least 5 years of expertise in Business Analysis
• Specific expertise with good knowledge of information systems matters
• Specific expertise with good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes
• Specific expertise with good knowledge of analysis and modelling tools and techniques (e.g., use case diagrams, state diagrams, entity relationship models, interaction diagrams)
• Specific expertise with good knowledge of BPMN, UML, or other equivalent modelling standards
• Specific expertise with good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites
• Specific expertise with knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., RUP, Agile, Prince2, PM2)
• At least 2 certifications of any of the above
• Rapid self-starting capability
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis
• Capability to speak to business and technical audiences
• Strong capacity to give high-level presentations
• Excellent critical thinker, using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
• Ability to apply high quality standards
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator
• Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment
• Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team
