- Specific expertise with good knowledge of information systems matters
- Specific expertise with good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes
- Specific expertise with good knowledge of analysis and modelling tools and techniques (e.g., use case diagrams, state diagrams, entity relationship models, interaction diagrams)
- Specific expertise with good knowledge of BPMN, UML, or other equivalent modelling standards
- Specific expertise with good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites
- Specific expertise with knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., RUP, Agile, Prince2, PM2)
- At least 2 certifications of any of the above
- Rapid self-starting capability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis
- Capability to speak to business and technical audiences
- Strong capacity to give high-level presentations
- Excellent critical thinker, using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
