Junior Financial Analyst supporting international finance team at Corbion. Responsible for financial reporting, KPI development, and process improvements in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of daily sales and flash reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to stakeholders.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including visualizations and dashboards.
Support the development and implementation of new KPI scorecards and reporting tools.
Collaborate with business controllers and other teams to streamline and improve reporting processes.
Assist with data uploads and projects.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within financial workflows.
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines, supporting both general and business unit-specific tasks (approx. 70% general, 30% specific).
Work independently on assigned projects, with mentorship and support from senior team members.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a corporate or international environment (experience in a global company is a plus).
Strong technical skills: advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas), experience with Power BI (required), Fabric (nice to have), and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools; hands-on approach to data analysis.
Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch not required); able to work effectively with colleagues from different backgrounds.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, but also able to work independently and take responsibility for deliverables.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines under pressure.
