- Data Governance with a strong strategic and technical focus, responsible for leading the definition, implementation and evolution of data governance processes, standards and tools, ensuring alignment with market best practices and the organization’s strategic needs.
Requirements
- Advanced expertise in data governance, including data cataloging, documentation, quality, integrity, security, privacy and compliance.
- Proven experience with data governance and data management tools (Data Catalog, Data Lineage, Data Glossary, MDM, Data Quality (DQ), among others).
- Advanced knowledge of data modeling (conceptual, logical and physical) and enterprise data architecture.
- Experience in complex ETL projects, data integration, process automation and deployment of large-scale data solutions.
- Deep knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, Big Data technologies, cloud environments and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of compliance policies, LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law), information security and market best practices.
- Ability to develop scripts, pipelines and solutions for automation, monitoring and continuous improvement of data processes.
- Strategic outlook on trends, emerging technologies and the evolution of the data market.
