About the role

  • Customer Advisor managing commercial clients in insurance sector, providing expert consultation and leading company initiatives. Engages actively with key clients and participates in strategic discussions.

Responsibilities

  • Independent management of our commercial clients (companies with approximately 50+ employees) in the composite lines (excluding motor, life, and health)
  • Daily advisory support to our corporate clients on technical and professional matters
  • Negotiation of renewals, tenders, and policy/coverage comparisons
  • Preparation for and, when required, participation in annual review meetings together with the field sales team
  • Active contribution to shaping the company within our OKR methodology — e.g., in digitization initiatives or optimizing internal processes

Requirements

  • At least several years of experience with an insurance broker or insurer in the commercial or industrial insurance sector
  • Solid knowledge in at least one composite line, such as industrial fire, commercial liability, product liability, etc.
  • Completed vocational qualification as an insurance clerk/insurance specialist or insurance business administrator; alternatively, a relevant university degree
  • Enthusiasm for actively helping shape Contrust’s future beyond client servicing and for personal and professional development
