Responsibilities
Independent management of our commercial clients (companies with approximately 50+ employees) in the composite lines (excluding motor, life, and health)
Daily advisory support to our corporate clients on technical and professional matters
Negotiation of renewals, tenders, and policy/coverage comparisons
Preparation for and, when required, participation in annual review meetings together with the field sales team
Active contribution to shaping the company within our OKR methodology — e.g., in digitization initiatives or optimizing internal processes
Requirements
At least several years of experience with an insurance broker or insurer in the commercial or industrial insurance sector
Solid knowledge in at least one composite line, such as industrial fire, commercial liability, product liability, etc.
Completed vocational qualification as an insurance clerk/insurance specialist or insurance business administrator; alternatively, a relevant university degree
Enthusiasm for actively helping shape Contrust’s future beyond client servicing and for personal and professional development
