About the role
- Production Engineer ensuring availability of applications in distributed environments for Consort Group. Collaborating on technical projects and maintaining operational quality across services.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the service quality and availability of business applications
- Handle incidents and provide support to development (MOE) and business (MOA) teams
- Manage routine requests outside of projects
- Perform production deployments/releases (during and outside business hours)
- Participate in application changes and updates to production tools
- Monitor incidents and communicate updates

Requirements
- 5 years' experience in demanding DevOps environments
- Linux environments and distributed systems
- Application servers: Apache Tomcat, JBoss; Database: SQL Server
- Scheduling: Control-M
- DevOps tools: OpenShift, Jenkins, Artifactory, XL Release, XL Deploy
- Integration/transfer tools: CFT, SFTP, FTPS, MQ Series (IBM MQ)
