About the role
- Senior Test Engineers ensuring product quality in Agile teams at Computer World Services. Assessing test coverage, establishing acceptance standards, and supporting automated and manual testing.
Responsibilities
- Participate fully in Agile ceremonies (daily scrum, planning, refinement, review, retrospectives) and SAFe PI Planning to ensure testability and acceptance clarity for user stories.
- Develop and maintain manual and automated test cases aligned to acceptance criteria; execute acceptance testing to validate delivered functionality.
- Assess and improve test coverage across the team’s scope; identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate defect identification, documentation, prioritization, and tracking in Jira; report defect trends and quality risks to stakeholders.
- Support integration of test execution into CI/CD pipelines, including pipeline gate thresholds and automated regression validation.
- Support UAT readiness activities including test planning, execution support, and reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years (2+ years test automation preferred) (Tricentis Tosca experience preferred)
- Security+ CE
- SAFe Practitioner (SP) or CSM/PSM I
- ISTQB CTFL / Agile Tester Extension
- Candidate must have active Top Secret Clearance with ability to be cleared to Top Secret/SCI,though some positions may only require active Secret (minimum).
