- Report into the Crew Tech Lead for Customer Engagement & Comms, part of the Group’s broader Retail Technology team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Drive operational excellence in complex, mission-critical environments
Requirements
- Deep expertise in engineering and integration, with a strong track record in Content Management Solutions (CMS) e.g. AEM, Optimizely, Sitecore, or Drupal
- Technical background in software engineering—ideally across .NET and/or Java
- Passionate about leading teams and driving complex designs across a dynamic enterprise environment
- Know how to build and inspire high-performing engineering teams
- Passionate about mentoring and coaching, contributing to the growth of engineering practices
- Communicate engineering standards effectively
- Advocate for new technologies and inclusive teams
- Can confidently lead technical conversations with both developers and non-technical stakeholders
