Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and deploy high quality software solutions with comprehensive test coverage
- Analyse business objectives and identify functional and non-functional requirements
- Design and implement technical solutions for functional and non-functional requirements
- Provide accurate estimates for the development effort for new features
- Continuously improve and improvise to find the best solutions for business and technical teams
- Provide mentoring and technical assistance to other members of the team
- Work well with different team members whilst practicing knowledge sharing and T-shaping
- Apply and promote industry best patterns and practices with focus on test automation
- Take ownership of initiatives and assets and follow up to provide highest quality of customer service
- Contribute to the strategic engineering goals within own team/platform
Requirements
- Expert in API development, preferably in .Net/Java or Python (FastAPI) and REST APIs
- Knowledgeable of Microservice Architecture, Design Patterns and best practices
- Soft skills: Excellent communication skills
- Working experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience on cloud deployment, with preference for AWS cloud
- Expertise with usage and configuration of fully automated pipelines including GitHub Actions, Artifactory and Azure DevOps
- Understanding of DevSecOps/SRE Best Practices
- Experience in any of the front-end technologies like React/Angular preferred
- Experience in AI technologies, particularly around tooling enhancements and building AI solutions using LLM's
