About the role

  • The AI Expert will be responsible for designing, steering, and supervising the POC, in collaboration with internal business and technical teams.
  • Design the functional and technical specifications for the AI use cases to be tested.
  • Identify and recommend the most relevant AI capabilities for Customer Care.
  • Develop the data architectures and pipelines required to implement Agentforce.
  • Oversee technical development and ensure compliance with Salesforce standards.
  • Lead and facilitate functional and technical workshops with stakeholders.
  • Support internal teams in upskilling and adopting Agentforce capabilities.
  • Evaluate the POC’s performance and business value using metrics such as response time, automation rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Significant experience (5+ years) implementing Salesforce solutions, including at least one project involving Agentforce, Einstein, or Data Cloud.
  • Strong background in applied AI for CRM or business process automation.
  • Ability to translate business needs into viable, high-value technical solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Analytical mindset, rigor, and technological curiosity.
