About the role

Responsibilities
- Support and training: perform a functional diagnosis, configure business requirements in the application, deliver training on the use of the tool (remote or on-site), produce documentation and provide user assistance.
- Client relations and follow-up: responsible for client follow-up at every stage of the project lifecycle (initialization, onboarding, etc.), participating in client meetings and helping to arbitrate possible options.
- Travel in and around the Île-de-France (IDF) area is expected up to 3 days per week and may require overnight stays depending on locations and the nature of your assignments.
Requirements
- Higher education (BTS) in Real Estate Professions or Accounting and Management.
- At least 5 years' professional experience as an accountant or property manager (rental, condominium/syndic, or commercial) with accounting responsibilities (accounts, reconciliations/adjustments).
- Interest in software applications, process improvement and instructional training.
