Responsibilities
Support and training: perform a functional diagnosis, configure business requirements in the application, deliver training on the use of the tool (remote or on-site), produce documentation and provide user assistance.
Client relations and follow-up: responsible for client follow-up at every stage of the project lifecycle (initialization, onboarding, etc.), participating in client meetings and helping to arbitrate possible options.
Travel in and around the Île-de-France (IDF) area is expected up to 3 days per week and may require overnight stays depending on locations and the nature of your assignments.
Requirements
Higher education (BTS) in Real Estate Professions or Accounting and Management.
At least 5 years' professional experience as an accountant or property manager (rental, condominium/syndic, or commercial) with accounting responsibilities (accounts, reconciliations/adjustments).
Interest in software applications, process improvement and instructional training.
Finance role at Contentsquare managing accounting and tax operations for Poland. Leading a small team and ensuring compliance with local GAAP and IFRS standards.
Quality Manager leading local execution of quality systems in the pharmaceutical industry. Overseeing compliance with GxP requirements and quality activities in Bracknell and Bantry facilities.
