Responsibilities
- Own and execute key components of the LATAM One XP roadmap.

- Partner with Global Platform Services and Marketing Tech to deploy and scale global platform capabilities across LATAM.
- Ensure platforms are implemented with speed, quality, and consistency across markets.
- Monitor platform performance and consumer engagement metrics, translating insights into optimization actions.
- Support digital commerce initiatives, working with Marketing and Commercial teams on execution.
- Champion agile, test, and learn ways of working within platform teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, platforms, CRM, data, or digital commerce.
- Experience working within CPG / FMCG environments.
- Proven experience delivering owned digital platforms or large scale digital initiatives.
- Strong understanding of consumer journeys, digital experiences, and performance metrics.
- Experience working with global platforms and agency ecosystems.
- Ability to influence cross functional partners in matrixed environments.
- Comfortable working in agile, fast paced settings.
- Fluent English required; Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred.
