About the role

  • Quality Engineer responsible for product compliance in aerospace production, resolving quality issues and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of aerospace products during production.
  • Supervise the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Analyze and resolve quality issues arising during production.
  • Actively participate in team meetings to discuss quality issues and propose solutions.
  • Manage First Article Inspections (FAI) for new products.
  • Analyze and process deviation requests in collaboration with production and engineering teams.
  • Monitor and validate technical changes to products in production.
  • Collaborate with supplier quality to ensure the conformity of received components.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions implemented.
  • Promote and drive continuous improvement initiatives within production teams.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) or engineering degree in Quality, Mechanical, Aerospace, or a related field.
  • Significant prior experience in a similar role within an aerospace production environment.
  • Knowledge of aerospace standards and regulations (EN9100).
  • Proficiency with quality management tools (continuous improvement, Lean, Six Sigma).
