Responsibilities
- Als concerncontroller adviseer je als strategisch sparringpartner gevraagd en ongevraagd het management, directie en bestuur over onder andere de volgende onderwerpen:
- Het realiseren van de (strategische) doelen van de werkorganisatie en de vier gemeenten.
- Adviseren over risico's, haalbaarheid en doelmatigheid van investeringen, projecten en beleidsvoorstellen.
- Beoordelen wat er moet gebeuren om meer in control te komen.
- Kwaliteit en doelmatigheid van bedrijfsprocessen bewaken.
Requirements
- Academisch werk- en denkniveau (afgeronde WO-opleiding Finance & Control, Bedrijfseconomie of Accountancy).
- Ruime en recente ervaring (minimaal 5 jaar) in het werken als concerncontroller bij een gemeente en/of in een politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving.
- Brede kennis van risicomanagement, bedrijfseconomische vraagstukken, control, AO/IC en financiële verslaglegging, het BBV en gemeentefinanciën.
- Aantoonbare recente kennis en ervaring met het ongevraagd adviseren van een directie en bestuur op het brede terrein van bedrijfsvoering en interne beheersing.
