About the role
- Customer Service Specialist handling inquiries from Air France passengers and clients. Ensuring professional support through email and phone communication.
Responsibilities
- As a customer service specialist, you will hold one of the most important roles in our company as the link between our passengers and our customers.
- As a future remote customer service specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper handling of Air France passengers' and customers' requests.
- You are comfortable both writing emails and providing telephone support, and you will demonstrate professionalism across both channels.
- The daily challenge for our employees is to satisfy customers with requests related to post-flight claims, loyalty programs, flight reservations, B2B activities and social media.

Requirements
- Advanced level of French and English, written and spoken (C1).
