Responsibilities
As a customer service specialist, you will hold one of the most important roles in our company as the link between our passengers and our customers.
As a future remote customer service specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper handling of Air France passengers' and customers' requests.
You are comfortable both writing emails and providing telephone support, and you will demonstrate professionalism across both channels.
The daily challenge for our employees is to satisfy customers with requests related to post-flight claims, loyalty programs, flight reservations, B2B activities and social media.

Advanced level of French and English, written and spoken (C1).
