About the role

  • Senior Project Manager coordinating and delivering complex multi-country projects at Clariness. Supporting junior team members and enhancing project management efficiency in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the planning and coordination of complex, multi-country projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and documentation are aligned across all stakeholders.
  • Providing guidance and day-to-day support to junior coordinators, helping them navigate processes, improve efficiency, and deliver high-quality work.
  • Maintaining consistency and accuracy in project documentation, schedules, and budget tracking to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify workflow gaps and contribute to the development of more scalable and efficient ways of working.
  • Conducting internal quality checks to ensure all project materials meet Clariness’ standards as well as regulatory and client requirements.
  • Supporting the implementation and optimization of project management tools and systems to enhance transparency, efficiency, and team performance.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed relevant studies, ideally in Project Management, Business Administration, Healthcare/Clinical fields, Public Health, Health Informatics, Market Research, Biostatistics, or a comparable discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, ideally in a fast-paced or cross-functional environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
  • Proven experience supporting or mentoring team members, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and a structured approach to delivering high-quality work.
