About the role

  • Customer Service Advisor at MIDI AUTO responsible for client interactions and mechanical service operations. Ensuring quality service and collaboration with technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers professionally (in-person and by phone)
  • Listen to and assess their needs and schedule appointments
  • Prepare repair orders and manage administrative follow-up
  • Explain completed work, return vehicles to customers and process billing
  • Recommend additional sales: service packages, warranties, parts and accessories
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality throughout the customer journey
  • Work closely with the workshop and parts teams to meet deadlines

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar after-sales mechanical role
  • Knowledge of the automotive technical environment
  • Service-oriented, responsive, meticulous, and professional appearance
  • Comfortable with computer tools (DMS, CRM, e-mails, etc.)
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Driving license (Category B) required
