About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the clinical and functional rehabilitation strategy
- Manage planning for artists' reintegration
- Serve as clinical lead for long-term disability cases
- Collaborate with the central clinic and show teams
- Act as liaison between the central clinic and touring teams
- Use injury surveillance data to guide practices
Requirements
- University degree in sports medicine, physiotherapy, or kinesiology
- At least 12 years' experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation
- Expertise in managing long-term injury cases
- Good understanding of morbidity burden indicators
- Experience leading clinical teams
- Advanced clinical reasoning skills
