About the role
- Lead orchestration of our web application releases at CI&T, integrating services and promoting software management excellence.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for leading the orchestration of releases for our web application, ensuring effective integration between the different service provider companies.
- You will act as a communication link between teams, promoting operational excellence and the implementation of best practices in software management and SRE.
- Orchestrate and manage web application releases, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and within established timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact among the various service provider companies, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Implement and promote SRE best practices to optimize software reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Develop and maintain interdepartmental relationships, facilitating collaboration and alignment of objectives.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues, using negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Lead follow-up meetings and progress reporting for stakeholders, ensuring visibility into release status.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging continuous team development.
Requirements
- Experience in software management, Agile methodologies, and Lean practices.
- Practical SRE experience, with a focus on automation and monitoring.
- Ability to proactively handle adversity, remaining calm and effective under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience managing complex projects and the ability to prioritize demands in a dynamic environment.
