About the role
- Full-Stack Developer at CI&T enhancing the Developer Portal. Project involves development of functionalities, plugins, and backends in a multi-cloud environment.
Responsibilities
- Evolve and optimize the Developer Portal as part of an internal development platform initiative.
- Define and develop new platform plugins and features, incorporating user feedback and company objectives.
- Build backends to support plugins developed in Node.js, Python, or Go.
- Be familiar with patterns and best practices for automation, CI/CD, observability, and security at the infrastructure level.
- Assess, propose, and implement automation solutions for multi-cloud environments.
- Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, resilient, and user-friendly for engineering teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Solid experience developing backend applications using frameworks such as Next.js, Express, or similar.
- Proven experience working as a Full‑stack developer.
- Familiarity with Spotify's Backstage tool.
- Experience with CI/CD, pipeline automation, and integration across multiple environments.
- Understanding and practical experience with IaC concepts and "Infrastructure as Data".
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and engineering best practices.
- Hands‑on profile with an automation mindset and operational efficiency focus.
