About the role

  • Mid-Level QA Specialist at CI&T applying quality processes and utilizing AI for software solutions. Responsible for quality monitoring, test planning, and team collaboration in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

  • Promote a culture of quality;
  • Implement monitoring, alerts, and quality metrics;
  • Track quality indicators and propose necessary improvement actions;
  • Plan and oversee the creation and validation of test scenarios;
  • Plan and execute functional and exploratory tests;
  • Promote CI&T Flow as an acceleration tool with a focus on quality.

Requirements

  • Software quality processes applied in agile environments;
  • Analysis of functional and non-functional requirements to write test scenarios and test plans that ensure defined objectives;
  • Strong communication skills to engage the team and the client;
  • Use of AI (preferably CI&T Flow) as an acceleration platform.
