About the role

  • Intern in Public Relations at Chili, focusing on media relations and thought leadership. Collaborate in strategic campaigns, content creation, and brand development.

Responsibilities

  • Media prospecting and PR execution: research, pitch and secure webinars, podcast interviews, media placements and opportunities for guest articles.
  • Build and maintain media lists, journalist databases and partnership trackers across Brazil, LATAM and global markets.
  • Draft and refine press releases, media pitches, bylines, bios and media briefings.
  • Support negotiation of guest-post agreements and confirmation of speaking invitations.
  • Monitor news, industry trends and trade publications to proactively identify opportunities.
  • Prepare PR calendars, prospecting follow-ups and placement reports.
  • Thought leadership and ghostwriting for LinkedIn: write weekly LinkedIn posts (ghostwriting) to strengthen the founder’s personal brand, authority and lead generation.
  • Turn insights from internal meetings, webinars, industry news and Chili projects into engaging posts.
  • Manage a consistent posting schedule aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor comments, engagement and DMs to identify warm leads and collaboration opportunities.
  • Help shape the founder’s narrative, tone and positioning to maximize influence.
  • Content and communications support: prepare media kits, profiles, testimonials and outreach templates.
  • Assist in writing scripts, talking points and outlines for webinars and interviews.
  • Contribute to thought leadership articles for external publications.
  • Collaborate with designers and marketing to ensure visual communications align with the brand.

Requirements

  • University students from the 2nd year onwards (Communication, PR, Journalism, Marketing, International Relations or related fields).
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills in Portuguese.
  • Advanced English required; Spanish is a significant plus.
  • Persuasive communicator, comfortable with prospecting, negotiating and following up.
  • Strong research skills and resilience when outreach to publications and partners.
  • Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple prospecting streams simultaneously.
  • Interest in personal branding, storytelling and the media landscape.
  • Ability to adopt and emulate the founder’s tone of voice for ghostwriting.
