About the role

  • Assisting in editorial preparation of legal content for beck-online and other digital applications. Collaborating on manuscript management and quality assurance with technical departments.

Responsibilities

  • You contribute to the editorial preparation of legal content to ensure a high-quality implementation for beck-online. DIE DATENBANK, as well as for other digital applications.
  • Incoming inspection and management of electronic manuscript files
  • Editorial processing of electronic manuscript files for online publications and large online commentaries
  • Coordination with the relevant specialist departments, particularly regarding technical implementation
  • Review of the online implementation up to publication readiness

Requirements

  • Degree in law or linguistics (e.g., First State Law Exam, Bachelor's) or completed vocational training in the legal or commercial field (e.g., legal/tax assistant, media management clerk)
  • Confident user of MS Office, with advanced Word skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, and a professional, friendly, and confident manner
