About the role

• Software Engineer focused on developing solutions using .NET and AWS infrastructure at Itaú. Collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality applications and services in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and evolve applications and microservices using .NET Core as the primary framework;
• Design and interact with MySQL databases, ensuring efficient queries and data integrity;
• Design and operate AWS cloud solutions, including: ECS, S3, Lambda, EventBridge, SNS, SQS, and other services as defined by the architecture;
• Provision and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform;
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests, ensuring code coverage and reliability;
• Perform production deployments responsibly and carefully, following secure deployment processes, rollback procedures, and post-deploy monitoring;
• Actively participate in the squad ceremonies (dailies, refinements, retrospectives, plannings);
• Collaborate with the Tech Lead, Product Manager, and SMEs to build business-aligned solutions;
• Contribute to code reviews, promoting continuous improvement of code quality and standardization;
• Document technical solutions, architectural decisions, and process flows when needed;
• Monitor production applications, identify and proactively address incidents and alerts;
• Continuously deepen understanding of the settlement and investment reporting domain, working closely with the business to propose more accurate solutions.
