Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- 8 plus years of experience in IT project management, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team.
- A proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep technical expertise in AI/ML research, applied machine learning, or advanced computational modeling.
- Strong knowledge of emerging AI technologies, generative AI models, LLMs, agentic systems, and modern ML frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and prototyping AI/ML solutions at an enterprise scale.
