About the role

  • Senior Security Analyst role focusing on delivering cyber security solutions for DTP's Trusted and Secure Program. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance secure enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Program Delivery team including Program Manager, Security Solution Architect, Project Manager(s) and Business Analyst(s), Cyber Change lead, as well as third party service providers to deliver initiatives.
  • Assist the planning, design, implementation and assurance of secure enterprise solutions and roadmaps of complex and transformational.
  • Provide expert technical skills and assistance in the development and deployment of Security based solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and demonstrated experience in a similar role in Government. (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in change management, communications and engagement, ideally within a cybersecurity or ICT program context. (mandatory)
  • Certification or relevant experience in Cyber Security related frameworks (CISSP, GIAC etc.) (mandatory)
  • Agile project delivery experience (optional)
  • AWS or Azure Cloud Certification, ITIL (optional)
  • Compliance programs/frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, ASD Essential 8, VPDSF etc.) (optional)
  • Sound knowledge of, or practical experience working with security standards and models such as VPDSS, ISM, Essential 8, NIST CSF, NIST 800-61r2, Cyber Kill Chain, and MITRE ATT&CK. (optional)
